Since then, the tradition and modern development have gone hand in hand. Today, the “open sandwich business has the best possible terms, both in traditional and in the moderns interpretations.
At our course you get to try both kind of styles. So look forward to a wonderful afternoon, where we are gonna make three different pieces of smørrebrød from scratch.
Look forward to potato, tatar and salmon in three exciting new ways, which of course should be enjoyed with home-made beer and a snaps or two. Skål!
You will be cooking and get to take home:
- Classic steak tatar, crispy potato chips and config egg yolk
- Dildsnaps marinated salmon with herb mayo and crispy rye bread
- Potato on rye with smoked potato, lovage mayonnaise and crispy bacon

All participants will receive a Timm Vladimir’s Kitchen apron for free to take home.
