On this course you will receive the Kitchen’s offer of the question: Food is made from the best ingredients we have just near us right now.
There are vegetables from local farmers, herbs from the forest, fish from the fjord and meat and eggs that have had a good life without being transported around the world.
And the good thing about Nordic cuisine is that fresh quality raw materials, which are in season, taste so well that you do not have to do much for them to have a wonderful meal.
You will be cooking:
- Maltpizza with bacon and herbs
- Pork chop with juniper berry, fennel seeds and thyme
We reserve the right to make changes to the menu regarding to seasons and availability.
Beer, wine, water and homemade lemonade, coffee and tea are included in the price.
All participants will receive a Timm Vladimir’s Kitchen apron for free to take home.
Please note that the course is only completed at min. 12 registered.
The course is taught by the kitchen’s own teachers
